Customized Settings to be made for accessing ePaper
Most often when you browse the ePaper, you are restricted to view the same with the system messages pops up informing you about the reasons of such blockades. This may happen due to any of the following reasons e.g.
Restrictions enforced by your internet security software
Firewall Protection
Internet content filtering applications
In fact, this is a very common occurrence, but it's a very easy problem to fix. It needs few settings to be done within your existing Internet Security and Firewall software applications.
If you are using any of the following products, click it to know about the settings to be done to access the ePaper:
Norton Internet Security 2002
ZoneAlarmPro
Norton Internet Security 2002
If you are using Norton Internet security 2002, checkout the following steps to overcome the ePaper blockade problem.
Start the “Norton Internet security” by clicking Start > Program Files

In the Norton Internet Security Console, click Options > Internet Security. The Norton Internet Security Options Screen pops up.

Click the Advanced options button in the Norton Internet Security Options Screen. The Norton Internet Security Advanced Options screen appears with the Web tab selected.

Click the Add Site button to enter the site or domain name. The New Site/Domain screen pops up

Enter the IP epaper.icmidlands.co.uk and click OK to go back to Norton Internet Security Advanced Options screen.

In the Norton Internet Security Advanced Options screen, click the Privacy Tab and verify the IP address you have entered
Check the option Use these rules for epaper.icmidlands.co.uk
For Cookies, select Permit option from the dropdown
For Referer, select Permit option from the dropdown
Click OK to save the settings
ZoneAlarmPro
If you are using ZoneAlarmPro firewall, checkout the following steps to customize the settings for accessing the ePaper.
Click Start > Program files > ZoneAlarmPro to open the application
Click Privacy tab in the navigation pane. The following screen appears

You can see the ePaper website address listed in the Privacy Table. Right click on the cross mark in Private Header column of the corresponding website and choose Allow. the cross mark changes to a tick mark in the box.
