The ePaper is an ideal service for large organisations where a lot of people would benefit from having access to our newspapers - companies, councils, schools and colleges for example.We have therefore structured the ePaper group subscription to offer exceptional value for money and to encourage organisations to sign up to the service. For example, if you wanted twelve employees of your company to have access to the Birmingham Post ePaper an annual group subscription would cost £240. This is less than the annual subscription to two copies of the print edition.

The ePaper system also provides an incentive for organisations to invest in a group subscription. Individual users are only able to logon to the service six times a day and the system prevents simultaneous access by the same username and password. It therefore becomes impractical to share a single username and password between a large group of people.

The ePaper's additional facilities also make it an invaluable tool for people wanting to track media coverage of specific events or subjects - the key word search for example.
